Refunds and returns policy.


Our refund and return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since we received your package, we cannot offer you a full refund.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges. You will need to return your goods in accordance with the return policy to receive a refund. Then you will need to place a new order for the part you are looking for.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (not mounted, even for a short test). It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we need a document summarising the reason of your return.

This document is a form that you can download by following the link below. All the steps are described in order to complete the document correctly.

This form should be printed by you and enclosed with your return package, duly completed. If this document is not present when it is received at our delivery address (CAZENEUVE S.A.'s head office/plant), we cannot guarantee its reimbursement.

Except for exceptions previously defined and established with CAZENEUVE, the valid reasons for a return are
- Wrong compatibility indicated,
- Wrong part received,
- Defective part preventing installation or use of the machine.

If the parcel containing your order is damaged on arrival at your delivery address, you must immediately refuse the delivery. CAZENEUVE S.A. is not responsible for a damaged parcel and the problems that this situation may cause (items in poor condition). We will not be able to give a refund if the initial package (sent by us) arrived damaged and the parts are deteriorated. In this case, the transport company is responsible. You should therefore turn to them if you wish to make a claim.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned package. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund after our expertise on the returned part(s).

If your request is accepted, a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

If you initially chose to pay by bank transfer when you placed your order, we will ask you for your bank details to process the refund.

In the event that you wish to return the supply for reasons other than those provided for in the present conditions, CAZENEUVE S.A. reserves the right to apply costs relating to the receipt, verification and storage of the parts concerned. These costs amount to 10% of the value of each part.
In all cases, the costs associated with the transport and handling of the supply will be at your expense.

Late or missing refunds.

If you have not received a refund within one month of our verification, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Goods returns.

To return your product, you must send it to the following postal address: CAZENEUVE - Avenue Denis Crapon, Z.I de l'Abbaye, CS 70059, F-38780 Pont-Evêque, Isère, FRANCE.

The costs of returning all or part of your order are entirely at your expense.

You will therefore be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of all or part of your order. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning goods, you may wish to consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item(s).
